Dr. Manisha Singh is an eminent Gynaecologist and a sub-specialist in Reproductive Medicine & Surgery with over 33 years of extensive surgical experience. She is also an acknowledged expert in the field of Reproductive Medicine and Surgery by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), London, UK. A meritorious and award-winning student, Dr. Manisha is proficient in 8 languages and she has an expertise & special interest in: 1) Infertility & Assisted Reproductive techniques (> 8000 treatment cycles of Ovulation Induction, IUI, IVF, ICSI, Egg donation, Blastocyst culture, Laser hatching, Surrogacy) 2) Endometriosis (> 2000 complex surgeries performed - started the 1st Centre of Excellence for Endometriosis in India at Fortis hospitals in 2014. She is also a recognized teacher in the field of Reproductive Medicine, Surgery & Gynae Ultrasound by the RCOG (UK). She set up the department of Infertility, Assisted Reproduction & Minimal Access Gynae surgery at Fortis hospital in 2011, called Creation. She has been actively involved in both laboratory and clinical research in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery; & continues to be involved in PCOS and Endometriosis research. Apart from being a peer reviewer for over 20 reputed journals, she has contributed significantly to the medical fraternity with her publications on varied topics and also by presenting on various aspects of Reproductive Medicine & Surgery at different conferences/workshops. She won the Bhargava competitive Medal for Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 1989 and was subsequently awarded the FOGSI travelling fellowship award to train in Reproductive medicine in Singapore in 1994. She was awarded a Distinction with Honours in MD (O &G) by the Mumbai University in 1994. | She has been a tutor at RCOG, UK. Apart from being the conductor-facilitator of MRCOG exams in Manchester, she has is a certified trainer for the MRCOG exam. She is currently actively involved in the MRCOG training programme conducted in Bangalore under the aegis of the BRCOG. | She is also a member of reputed societies such as RCOG, British Fertility Society, FOGSI and MOGS. She has also performed over 4000+ cycles of IVF / ICSI, 3000+ IUI cycles, and about 4500+ cases of ovulation induction successfully.
