Dr. Nirmala Chandrashekar has over 18 years of rich and diverse experience in Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Gynaecologic Oncology. She previously served as a Senior Consultant at Gleneagles BGS Hospital, Uttarahalli where she gained extensive experience in managing complex OBG cases, including high-risk pregnancies, gynecologic and advanced Laparoscopic surgeries. She has also held academic roles including Associate Professor in the Department of OBG at Rajarajeswari Medical College & Hospital, where she contributed to both clinical services and postgraduate training. Additionally, she completed her Fellowship in Gynaecologic Oncology at Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute, Ahmedabad, further strengthening her expertise in cancer care for women. Her areas of expertise include managing high-risk pregnancies and complex maternal care, diagnosis and surgical treatment of conditions affecting the female reproductive system & specialized care and surgical management of female reproductive tract cancers.
