A common myth which prevails everywhere in the world, is that walking will take care of MUSCLE TISSUE ISSUES of the body. If I do walking, then I do not need any exercise.
But this is a WRONG CONCEPTION. Walking is just a CALORIE BURNING exercise. It does not nourish or tone or strengthen your Large Muscle or the Deep Layer muscles.
