Dr. Paritosh Baghel

Dr. Paritosh Baghel is a Senior Consultant in Internal Medicine with over two decades of clinical experience. He holds an MBBS from JJ Hospital and an MD in Internal Medicine from KEM Hospital, Mumbai. He has previously served as Professor and Head of the Medicine Unit at Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Group of Hospitals. At present, he is associated with S.L. Raheja Hospital – A Fortis Associate, Mahim, Mumbai, where he provides comprehensive care for both acute and chronic medical conditions. His clinical areas of expertise include the management of diabetes, hypertension, cardiac disorders, infectious diseases, respiratory conditions, and other chronic lifestyle-related ailments. He also has significant experience in handling critical care cases such as myocardial infarction, cardiac failure, diabetic ketoacidosis, and acute respiratory distress syndrome. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Paritosh Baghel led the hospital’s COVID care unit, overseeing the treatment of nearly 5,000 patients. He is certified by the American Heart Association as a trainer in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS and ACLS).
